The Channel Team Lead - Hub Delivery will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs) tasked with onboarding, and managing local retail partners in Amazon's Hub Delivery program. This is a leadership role that combines field execution with strategic vision, ensuring that ADEs achieve activation, and performance targets while maintaining Amazon's high delivery standards. • 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience with Excel
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Bachelor's degree
