Engagement Manager - Prototyping AI and Customer Engineering, PACE EMEA
About the role
You will be a Prototyping Engagement Manager in the AWS PACE (Prototyping and Customer Engineering) team, based in Riyadh. You are the face of PACE for customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - helping enterprises turn their most ambitious ideas into working technology proofpoints on AWS.
You work at the intersection of business strategy and emerging technology. You identify the opportunities where generative AI, agentic systems, and cloud-native architectures can create the most value for a customer - then you shape, qualify, and drive those engagements from first conversation to working prototype and beyond.
You pilot a pipeline of high-value innovation opportunities, you earn the trust of C-suite and technical leaders alike, and you create the conditions for brilliant engineers to do their best work. You pair with hands-on Prototyping Architects to deliver multi-week hands-on engagements that de-risk transformation, prove out new workloads, and accelerate customers' paths to production.
You thrive in ambiguity. Your customers are navigating generational technology shifts - foundation models, autonomous agents, intelligent automation - and you help them cut through the noise, make crisp decisions, and move fast. You work backwards from customer outcomes, you insist on the highest standards in scoping and delivery, and you invent on behalf of customers who don't yet know what's possible.
This role is based in Riyadh and supports customers across KSA and the wider GCC, working alongside account teams, specialist organisations, and partners to drive workload adoption at the frontier of what AWS can do.
