We're seeking a Team Lead for Amazon Now Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Community Ops Expansion Management - Drive the on-the-ground rollout of CommOps standard work across all AmazonNow and last-mile sites in their respective country.
• CIR Ownership & Resolution - Own the end-to-end Community Issue Resolution (CIR) workflow for their country: capturing inbound community complaints, assigning owners, tracking resolution to closure, and routing root causes back to operations teams to prevent recurrence.
• Stakeholder Relationship & Escalation Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for building management teams and security personnel across all sites. Conduct weekly engagements to maintain open communication channels, log all interactions as structured tickets, and prevent escalations before they surface externally. This is critical in a region where our high-risk store count demands visits every two days in some cases.
• Risk Mitigation in Partnership with Site Teams - Work closely with Operations Executives (OEs) and Area Managers to identify and resolve community risks proactively - including dwell control, parking violations, and noise concerns - before they escalate into regulatory attention or service disruptions.

• 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Arabic
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Experience identifying and resolving complex issues
