The Senior HR Manager is a strategic, high-judgment leader and a core member of the Turkey Operations senior leadership team. You will partner with business leaders across Mile operations to develop people strategies, set goals, and deliver results that directly impact Amazon's growth in Turkey. You own the end-to-end employee experience across Mile sites, championing a culture of safety, inclusion, and service excellence.

This role requires balancing automation with human insight-leveraging technology, AI, and real-time data to enhance decision-making and support transformational initiatives. You will lead a high-performing HR team, implementing strategies across employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. Success demands strategic thinking, operational rigor, and the ability to drive scalable solutions across multiple sites.

You will be expected to work onsite at Amazon facilities in Turkey, ensuring personal connection and hands-on leadership where needed.

• Strategic People Partnership - Serve as a trusted advisor to Turkey operations leaders on all people decisions, including workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership capability building. Translate regional and enterprise PXT strategies into locally relevant execution plans.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• HR experience in a people management role
• Strong knowledge of Turkish employment law, HR best practices, and talent management principles
• Experience supporting employee relations, and performance management processes in an operational environment
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Turkish (CEFR C1/C2)
• Field HR experience in logistics, fulfillment, or manufacturing environments
• Multi-site HR leadership experience across geographically dispersed locations
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or MBA
