About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Automation Leader to drive innovation and optimization within AMET supply chain operations, leveraging the power of Amazon Web Services (AWS) while bringing strong AFT/SCOT expertise. This role will be instrumental in identifying, developing, and implementing automation solutions that improve efficiency, improve results, reduce costs, and enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex automation projects, a deep understanding of supply chain processes, and a passion for leveraging AWS and SCOT technologies, including AI/ML services, to solve challenging problems. This role will require strong leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive automation strategy aligned with Amazon's overall supply chain goals, focusing on AWS and SCOT-based solutions. This includes identifying key areas for automation, prioritizing projects, and defining measurable success metrics.
• Project Leadership: Lead the full lifecycle of SCOT and AWS-powered automation projects, from ideation and

requirements

gathering to implementation and post-launch support. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.

• AWS Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate relevant AWS technologies, including AI/ML services like Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Comprehend, Amazon Rekognition, and other relevant solutions like AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, and Amazon EC2. Identify and recommend the best…

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
