IT Engineer ( ITOps)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedIT Engineerto own and scale our internal IT infrastructure and operations. This role is responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient IT systems that empower our team to do their best work.

You will manage end-user support, SaaS systems, device lifecycle management, identity and access management (IAM), and security best practices across the organization. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building scalable IT foundations from the ground up.

Responsibilities

IT Operations & End-User Support

• Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes (device provisioning, access control, account setup)
• Own device lifecycle management (MDM, procurement, configuration, asset tracking)
• Maintain documentation for IT processes, systems, and policies

Identity & Access Management

• Administer SSO, MFA, and role-based access controls
• Manage provisioning/deprovisioning workflows across SaaS tools
• Conduct periodic access reviews and ensure least-privilege principles

Systems & Infrastructure

• Manage and optimize core SaaS stack (e.g., Microsoft Suite, Slack, Notion, Jira, etc.)
• Monitor system performance and uptime
• Support networking infrastructure (VPN, Wi-Fi, fire…
