Principal Product Manager - Analog
Analog is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead product discovery, roadmap development, and backlog quality for multiple delivery teams within a significant digital transformation program. You will be instrumental in translating operator and end-user needs into a prioritized set of releases, ensuring delivery teams focus on achieving outcomes rather than just output.
What You'll Do
- Discovery and Roadmap:Spearhead product discovery across multiple delivery teams, transforming operator and end-user needs into a clear, prioritized roadmap.
- Backlog Quality:Maintain high-quality backlogs across all teams, ensuring each item is well-defined, appropriately sized, and linked to measurable outcomes.
- Customer Validation:Conduct structured discovery sessions with customers and operators to validate assumptions before engineering resources are committed.
- Outcome Metrics:Define and track outcome metrics for each release, holding teams accountable for achieving results, not just task completion.
- Cross-Team Alignment:Harmonize roadmap priorities across multiple delivery teams, adeptly resolving trade-offs and sequencing decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with engineering, design, and the principal solution architect to ensure scope is realistic and technically sound.
- Communication & Feedback:Represent the product roadmap to customers, partners, and leadership, and effectively translate feedback into actionable priorities.
- Go-to-Market Support:Provide clear release notes and positioning for new capabilities to support go-to-market and delivery teams.
Who You Are
- Experience:Possess substantial experience as a Senior or Principal Product Manager, with a proven track record of owning roadmaps and discovery across multiple teams.
- Outcome Focus:Demonstrate a history of translating end-user or operator needs into shipped products that deliver measurable outcomes.
