We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior 3D Art Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a talented individual contributor artist, specializing in one or more of the 3D art sub-disciplines such as environment, character, modeling, rigging, animation, tech art, and more. Experience shipping 3D AAA games or AR/VR experiences is required.

As a Senior 3D Art Generalist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D art assets and driving the development of innovative solutions in the field of 3D art. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical challenges and drive the development of cutting-edge solutions

Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D art assets.
Specialize in one or more of the 3D art sub-disciplines, such as environment, character, modeling, rigging, animation, tech art, and more.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical challenges.
Collaborate with team members to design and implement solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
Understand and apply best practices in 3D art and design, including user-centered design principles.
Maintain and improve existing 3D art systems and assets.
