About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own a full product area end-to-end, setting its direction, roadmap, and strategy. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy and be a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, while also supporting the growth of other Product Managers.

- Frame and scope problems independently across your full area of ownership
- Design and drive solutions end-to-end, inventing new approaches when no existing playbook applies
- Own the roadmap and strategy for your area
- Deliver independently and help raise the delivery bar for your wider team
- Use experimentation and data analysis to guide decisions
- Take full ownership of outcomes across your area, including resolving open questions about ownership and scope
- Build lasting trust and partnership with senior stakeholders
- Formally mentor and support the growth of other Product Managers
- Reason independently about cost and revenue trade-offs

- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- A demonstrated track record of owning a full product area roadmap, strategy, and outcomes with strong autonomy
- Experience inventing new approaches to problems when no existing playbook applies
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, including resolving cross-team ownership questions
- A history of being trusted by senior leaders as a genuine partner
- Experience formally mentoring other Product Managers
- Strong, independent commercial judgment around cost and revenue trade-offs
