Responsibilities

• QA Analyst

As a QA Analyst, you play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products before they reach our users. You will be responsible for designing and executing thorough testing strategies, identifying defects, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Testing & Analysis

• Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive manual test plans, test cases, and test reports aligned with software

requirements

and specifications.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to verify functionality and validate business processes.
• Identify, analyze, and clearly document software defects and issues.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and scheduling activities.
• Apply a variety of testing techniques and tools to maximize test coverage and efficiency.
• Continuously refine testing processes and methodologies to drive improvement.

Collaboration & Mentoring

• Work closely with developers and project managers to ensure complete and accurate test coverage.
