responsibilities

The QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications before they reach our users. This role involves conducting thorough manual testing across all platforms to identify, document, and report defects that could impact functionality or user experience - contributing directly to the delivery of a polished, seamless product at every release.

Your missions

• Execute manual tests across web and mobile platforms (iOS/Android), covering regression, sanity, exploratory, and other test types
• Identify critical and major bugs early in the development cycle and produce clear, structured, reproducible bug reports
• Understand and contribute to improving test cases and overall test coverage
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Customer Care, and QA teams on a day-to-day basis
• Prioritize testing efforts based on impact, severity, and timelines
• Develop a solid understanding of user workflows and business logic to test with context
