JOB SUMMARY
This pivotal role as the Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs at CEQUENS involves shaping the company's legal strategy, ensuring global regulatory compliance, and managing corporate affairs. The Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs will play a crucial role in guiding the company through IPO processes, negotiating contracts with senior stakeholders, and contributing to overall growth and success.
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Legal Strategy Development
- Develop and implement the company's legal strategy to align with business objectives and global regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior management, particularly regarding IPO considerations and corporate governance matters.
Corporate Governance Oversight
- Oversee corporate governance practices, ensuring compliance with international laws, regulations and corporate policies.
- Monitor changes in governance standards and recommend adjustments to internal practices as needed.
Legal Compliance Management
- Stay abreast of regulatory developments and ensure the company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
