We are actively seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Workplace Experience Specialist to manage our offices across MENA.

You will take care of the smooth running and general happiness of our offices and colleagues, with a 'can-do' attitude, always thinking two steps ahead. Passion and enthusiasm will be key, driving forward new processes and procedures as we continue to scale.

What you'll be doing

• Act as the office ambassador, ensuring a welcoming and well-functioning workplace for employees and visitors
• Serve as the first point of contact for all Workplace Experience matters across MENA
• Manage all aspects of Workplace operations inclusive of space management, in-office experience, health and safety, visitors, security, maintenance, vendor management and local and global events.
• Plan and execute employee engagement events that foster community, culture, and well-being.
• Ensure key stakeholders are kept well informed of all Workplace operations
