Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a highly capableBIM/CAD Modelerwith a specialized focus onInterior Design and Technical Detailing. You will support the design and delivery of Flow's projects across the MENA region, translating ambitious design intent into highly accurate, coordinated Revit BIM models and CAD documentation.

The ideal candidate possesses a "design eye" and understands that a great model is more than just geometry, it's about the fine details of joinery, material transitions, and furniture integration. You will be the bridge between conceptual interior design and technical execution.

Core

Responsibilities

  • Detailed Modelling:Develop and maintain Revit BIM models specifically for high-end architectural and interior design packages.
  • ID Documentation:Produce comprehensive Interior Design construction packages, including furniture plans, floor finishes, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), power, lighting, plumbing, elevations, and section details.
  • Joinery & Millwork:Create detailed drawing packages for bespoke joinery, kitchens, and furniture, ensuring technical feasibility and design alignment.
  • Scheduling & Tagging:Prepare and manage complex schedules for doors, windows, ironmongery, and joinery.
  • Specification Integration:Interpret FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) and material specifications provided by the design team, ensuring all items are correctly coded, tagged, and reflected in the Revit model and drawing sets.
  • Coordination:Facilitate "clash-free" design by coordinating interior elements with structural and MEP disciplines within the BIM environment.
  • Standards Management:Maintain Revit families and templates, ensuring all ID-specific components (furniture, lighting, finishes) align with Flow's BIM protocols.
  • Compliance:Ensure all drawings comply with local Saudi building codes and Flow's internal design standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, Interior Design or related field.

  • Experience:3-6 years of experience, with a proven track record inInterior Design documentationand high-end real estate or hospitality projects.
  • Software Mastery:Advanced proficiency inAutodesk Revit & AutoCADis mandatory, with a strong knowledge ofAutoCADfor 2D drafting.
  • Experience working inBIM environments, including model coordination and LOD development.
  • Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of furniture construction, millwork detailing, and how different materials (stone, wood, metal) interface in an interior setting.
  • BIM Fluency:Experience in model coordination, LOD (Level of Development) 300-400, and working within shared CDE (Common Data Environments).
  • Bonus Skills:Familiarity with Navisworks, Rhino, or SketchUp.
  • Ability to work infast-paced development environments with multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
