About the Role

As aSenior Architectural Designer, you will play a key role in shaping Flow Real Estate MENA's portfolio ofwellness-driven residential, hospitality, and lifestyle properties.

Working closely with the Head of Design, Project Directors, Interior Design, Development, Operations, and external consultants, you will translate Flow's vision and brand standards into thoughtful, functional, and high-quality environments. You will contribute across all project phases, fromfeasibility and concept development through design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.

The ideal candidate is a design-led architect who combines strong creative thinking, technical expertise, and an understanding ofwellness, hospitality, residential living, and human-centered design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate onconcept design, feasibility studies, programming, schematic design, design development, presentations, and production.
• Translate Flow's brand vision and wellness-focused approach into architectural solutions across residential, hospitality, and lifestyle developments.
• Develop designs that promotewell-being, natural connection, movement, social interaction, privacy, comfort, and a strong sense of place.
• Contribute to the planning and design ofresidential units, amenities, wellness facilities, hospitality spaces, communal areas, and lifestyle environments.
• Ensure seamless coordination betweenarchitecture, interiors, landscape, lighting, MEP, structural, and specialist consultants.
• Develop and maintain design solutions aligned withFlow Brand Standardsand project-specific requirements.
• UtilizeRevitto develop 2D drawings, 3D models, design studies, plans, elevations, sections, and construction documentation.
• Resolve complex design issues withinnovative, practical, operationally-minded, and commercially viable solutions.
