The Job in a Nutshell💡
Foodics is looking for a commercially minded, analytical and technology-forward finance leader to own the company's FP&A and Investor Relations . This is not a traditional budgeting and reporting role. The Director of FP&A and Investor Relations will be a strategic partner to the CFO, CEO, Board and leadership team - translating performance into decisions, challenging assumptions, improving forecast quality, managing the company's relationships with investors and stakeholders, and building a scalable, AI-enabled FP&A function across a business operating at the intersection of SaaS, fintech and payments.
Main Task & Responsibilities 💡
- Own annual budgeting, long-range planning, rolling forecasts and reforecast cycles, with clear full-year landing views and disciplined forecast accuracy.
- Lead monthly performance reviews across revenue, ARR, gross profit, margins, EBITDA, OPEX, cash flow, headcount and key operating metrics.
- Translate results into concise executive insights: what changed, why it changed, what it means, and what management should do next.
- Build driver-based financial models and base / upside / downside scenarios to support strategic and operating decisions.
