What Will You Do❓

• Deliver a word class service for new and existing clients
• Handle customer needs at their locations for All Foodics Services, RMS, Pay, Online
• Visit client's sites and ensuring quality of services
• Handle location specific onboarding, installations, training, replacement and support requests
• Work with other departments on clients' escalated tickets to deliver on demand support
• Handle requests on-demand and within company's SLA
• Work closely with outlet team and operations for clients on-demand and general support…
