App Development & Integrations Engineer
About the role
As part of the development of theAI Onboarding Factory, we are looking for a passionateAI Onboarding Engineerwith expertise in integration technologies, application development, and Artificial Intelligence.
You will contribute to delivering innovative solutions that accelerate customer onboarding through automation, generative AI, and ERP integrations.
You will work closely with Functional Consultants, Product Managers, and customers to transform business
requirements
into scalable and high-performing technical solutions.
Responsibilities
Business Analysis &
Requirements
Gathering
- Analyze customer business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Participate in discovery workshops and solution design sessions.
- Gather, document, and challenge business requirements.
- Translate functional
requirements
into technical specifications.
Development & Integration
- Develop application components and custom connectors.
- Design and maintain integrations between ERP systems, business applications, and third-party platforms.
- Consume and integrate REST APIs, web services, and cloud-based solutions.
- Work with data exchange formats such as JSON and XML.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of developed solutions.
Artificial Intelligence & Automation
- Participate in the design and deployment of generative AI-based solutions.
- Configure and optimize AI assistants, copilots, and intelligent workflows.
- Design and refine prompts to effectively address business needs.
- Contribute to integrating AI models (LLMs) into customer processes.
- Participate in projects involving technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and intelligent automation.
- Perform testing and validation to ensure the quality, relevance, and reliability of AI-generated outputs.
Customer Engagement
- Support customers in adopting new solutions.
- Present technical solutions to stakeholders.
- Provide functional and technical support throughout project delivery.
- Assist in resolving incidents and managing enhancement requests.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Produce and maintain technical documentation.
- Share best practices within the team.
- Stay up to date with developments in ERP solutions, AI technologies, and integration platforms.
Requirements
- Knowledge of software development technologies such as .NET, C#, Java, or equivalent frameworks.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with REST APIs and web services.
- Good understanding of JSON and XML formats.
- Knowledge of integration architectures and data exchange principles.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols such as OAuth2 and JWT is a plus.
Artificial Intelligence
- Strong interest in Generative AI and emerging technologies.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, or similar technologies is an advantage.
- Interest in RAG architectures, AI agents, and intelligent automation.
ERP & Business Applications
- General understanding of business processes and ERP environments.
- Knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or CRM modules is considered a plus.
