About the Role
As Project Manager, you will be a core driver of our program delivery, coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder programs from early engineering phases through operational deployment.
You are responsible for the meticulous coordination of cross-functional internal teams, ensuring technical and operational
requirements
are met, and resolving program-level blockers to maintain critical schedules. Your leadership will ensure Harmattan AI's programs are delivered on time and on spec.
Responsibilities
- Delivery Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery of complex drone systems and programs - including hardware and software design and delivery, maintenance, customer services and training activities.
- Program Execution: Drive the deliverables across engineering, technical, and operational milestones.
- Project Oversight: Guarantee that all deliverables meet established technical and operational requirements, ensuring end-to-end delivery success.
- Issue & Risk Management: Proactively track and resolve program-level blockers, both technical and administrative, and manage project risks.
- Enabler Identification: Identify missing project enablers and escalate internally to unblock delivery or alignment with program goals.
