What You Will Do

• Define thewhy,when, andwhatof the products our engineering team builds, leading cross-functional teams from ideation to launch.
• Build a product and strategy that reflectsInsider One's vision, clearly articulating business value to align the team around each release.
• Own and optimize therelease process, coordinating all activities to successfully bring products to market.
• Identify opportunities, drive product decisions, and turn insights into actionable ideas by continuously tracking market insights, customer needs, product analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Define and analyze keyproduct metricsto measure performance, customer satisfaction, and opportunities for improvement.

What You Will Need

• ABachelor's degreefrom a top-tier university, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with aB2B SaaS product.
• Experience owning theend-to-end lifecycle of a complex software product, from product strategy to measurable business impact.
• Hands-on experience inAgile Product Development.
• Adata-informed mindsetwith the ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Exceptionaldecision-makingandcommunicationskills.
• The ability to manage complex initiatives with a high degree of ownership and limited supervision.
• Fluent in both English and Turkish, both written and verbal, as we collaborate with colleagues from all over the world.
