Senior Product Manager
TechnologyProduct Management
About the role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a product vertical end-to-end and turn customer needs, data, and business opportunities into products and experiences that make a real impact. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with Engineering, Data, and business teams, take ownership of your product's performance, and play a key role in shaping Klivvr's future product roadmap.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Develop a strong 360° understanding of your product, including its customers, technology, data, and business drivers.
- Proactively identify and shape new product opportunities using customer insights, data, and business needs - not just respond to incoming requests.
- Define and track product KPIs, connecting product decisions to measurable business outcomes such as revenue, engagement, and efficiency.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Data, and business teams to prioritize, build, launch, and iterate.
- Lead feature-level cost and revenue analysis to support smarter product decisions.
- Contribute to shaping Klivvr's 2027 product roadmap and long-term product strategy.
- Mentor other Product Managers and help build a strong product-led culture across the organization
To succeed in the role, you'll need to have
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with ownership of meaningful business outcomes, product performance, or a product P&L.
- Experience in fintech or consumer-facing digital products.
- A track record of identifying and driving product opportunities proactively, rather than simply executing requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to make informed product decisions.
- Experience working closely with Engineering and Data teams in an agile environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and bring different teams together.
- A commercial and strategic mindset, with a genuine interest in understanding how products create value for both customers and the business.
