About the role
At Midas, we are working on real-life user needs to transform the world of finance.
We've transformed investing in Turkey by delivering a seamless experience for everyday investors.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Build and grow Midas's communities and presence on relevant social platforms, creating platform-native content and conversations that drive engagement and strengthen brand affinity.
- Identify and engage advanced investors and community leaders to drive meaningful engagement and community growth.
- Write educational content for advanced investors about our products. Cover how and when they are used and what risks they carry, without hype or hard selling.
- Introduce product launches to the community as useful information rather than announcements, so members see what a new feature changes for them.
- Run a regular feedback loop that takes what members ask for and struggle with our products.
- Measure community health by active contributors, retention and the quality of discussion alongside follower and engagement numbers, and turn what you learn into next steps.
What You'll Bring
- You have grown a community or social account from zero, ideally in finance, crypto or another technical niche, and can walk us through how you did it.
- You know X, Reddit and Telegram from the inside: how each platform works, what earns trust there and what gets ignored.
- You write clear, sharp Turkish and can turn complex financial topics into content people read to the end. Good written English is a plus.
- Options, warrants, VİOP and margin trading are familiar ground for you, or you learn fast and can explain them accurately, risks included.
- You can earn the trust of experienced traders, and existing relationships in Türkiye's trading community are a strong advantage.
- You can tell
education
apart from investment advice, and you know when to check with compliance before posting.
- Data guides your decisions: you set clear metrics, read them honestly and change course when something is not working.
- You are comfortable building without a playbook, owning the work end to end and collaborating with product, design and compliance.
