What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management
- Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle process - onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding - ensuring accuracy and consistency at every stage.
- Continuously streamline lifecycle workflows to improve turnaround time and employee experience.
- HR Systems & Data Management
- Serve as the senior owner of the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, automation, and system optimization.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give leadership real-time visibility into workforce data.
- Policies, Processes & Compliance
- Lead the design, documentation, and rollout of People Operations policies and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with labor law and internal policies across all HR operational processes.
- Payroll, Benefits & Insurance Administration
- Oversee payroll input accuracy in coordination with Finance, and manage
