  • Evaluate credit applications for mortgage and financing services, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze financial statements, bank statements, and other relevant documents to assess applicants' financial status and credit worthiness.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations on credit approvals or rejections based on thorough analysis.
  • Collaborate with legal, investigation, and other teams to gather necessary information and ensure a smooth credit evaluation process.
  • Prepare comprehensive credit proposals and reports to present findings and recommendations to decision-makers.
  • Monitor and review existing loan portfolios, identifying potential risks, and recommending appropriate actions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to credit analysis and lending.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience as a Credit Analyst or in a similar role within the mortgage or financing sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, credit evaluation, and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and communicate findings effectively.
  • Proficiency in using financial analysis software, Excel, and other relevant tools.
