About the role

  • Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Create work breakdown structures (WBS) and project timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and compare actual performance against the baseline schedule.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, design, and project management teams.
  • Identify potential delays and propose recovery plans.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management.
  • Track project milestones and critical paths.
  • Support resource planning (labor, materials, and equipment).
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ensure projects comply with contractual deadlines and client expectations.

  • Around 2-5 years of experience in planning for construction, fit-out, finishing, or real estate projects (depending on the seniority).
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Primavera P6 (often essential)
  • Microsoft Project
  • Microsoft Excel (advanced)
  • AutoCAD (preferred)
  • Understanding of project scheduling techniques, CPM (Critical Path Method), and earned value concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent English is typically preferred.
