About the role
The Quality Assurance Specialist for the Architectural Graphic Design team is responsible for ensuring the highest level of accuracy and quality in all graphic design deliverables, with a primary focus on unit mock-ups. This role involves meticulous review of data, dimensions, materials, and other specifications within mock-ups to guarantee alignment with architectural plans and client requirements. The successful candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, a keen eye for discrepancies, and the ability to provide constructive feedback to the design team.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Accuracy Verification:Thoroughly review all unit mock-ups, including 2D drawings, 3D renderings, and other graphic representations, to verify the accuracy of data, dimensions, materials, finishes, and all other specified details against source documents (e.g., architectural plans, specifications, client briefs).
- Quality Control & Standards:Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures and standards for all graphic design outputs, ensuring consistency and adherence to company and industry best practices.
- Revision & Editing Review:Meticulously review all revisions and edits made to mock-ups by the graphic design team, ensuring that changes have been accurately implemented and that no new errors have been introduced.
- Discrepancy Identification:Proactively identify and document any discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies within the mock-ups, providing clear and actionable feedback to the design team for correction.
- Feedback & Collaboration:Collaborate closely with architectural graphic designers, architects, and project managers to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure the successful implementation of corrections.
