As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our real estate platform by defining and executing the product strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to identify product enhancements, prioritize features, and ensure a seamless user experience throughout the platform. - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the company's business goals.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Set product goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Make data-driven decisions to balance short-term goals with long-term product vision.
- Write clear, detailed product
requirements
and user stories.
- Oversee the product from ideation through development, launch, and growth stages.
- Track product metrics post-launch, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
- Gather feedback through customer interviews, surveys, and usability studies.
- Create and prioritize product features based on user needs and feedback.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the product is user-friendly and intuitive.
Requirements
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager with software for mission-critical products, working with Agile methodology.
- Background in engineering, technology, or UX preferred
- Proven experience in customer development, product definition, feature scoping, and balancing tradeoffs for industry
- Leading business software products.
- Strong organizational skills: ability to track and prioritize multiple issues.
- Must be a strong collaborator, team player, and ability to manage a team
- Experience working with agile teams.
