About the role

To drive sustainable portfolio growth by activating, acquiring, and converting eligible micro-business customers into financed clients, while maintaining underwriting discipline, regulatory compliance, and strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Activation

·Activate onboarded customers who have not yet applied.

  • Re-activate previous borrowers to increase repeat financing.
  • Source new eligible micro-businesses through field prospecting and structured data processing.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned with monthly targets.
  • Application & Deal Execution

·Educate customers on products and eligibility criteria.

  • Collect and submit complete and accurate applications.
  • Coordinate with Credit and Operations to close deals within defined SLAs.
  • Maintain strong application-to-disbursement conversion ratios.
  • Portfolio Growth

·Achieve monthly disbursement targets.

  • Contribute to repeat borrower growth.
  • Support sustainable portfolio quality through disciplined sourcing.
  • Customer Management

·Build long-term client relationships.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional engagement.
  • Compliance & Reporting

·Adhere strictly to internal policies and regulatory standards.

  • Avoid mis-selling and maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Update CRM accurately and submit weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Track KPIs including disbursement volume, applications, conversion rate, and portfolio quality (in coordination with Risk).

Qualifications

& Experience

Education

·Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

Experience

·3-5 years of sales experience (must have experience in lending).

  • Experience dealing with micro business clients is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of lending or financial products is a must.
