Ninja is looking for an experiencedArea Managerto oversee the performance and day-to-day operations of multipledark storesacross the North region. This role is ideal for a hands-on operations leader with experience inquick commerce, grocery e-commerce, retail, fulfillment, or last-mile operations.
As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our dark stores operate efficiently, consistently, and at the speed required to deliver an excellent customer experience. You will lead teams acrossinventory, picking and packing, order fulfillment, replenishment, quality control, and store operations, while driving key operational and commercial KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations acrossinventory, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure dark stores meet targets fororder accuracy, fulfillment speed, product availability, and customer service.
- Lead and develop Store Managers and operational teams, includingstaffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
- Monitor key KPIs such aspicking productivity, inventory accuracy, stock availability, shrinkage, wastage, and order fulfillment time.
- Identify operational gaps and implement initiatives to improveproductivity, efficiency, cost, and customer experience.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Last Mile, Commercial, and Customer Experience teams to resolve issues and improve service levels.
- Ensure compliance withfood safety, hygiene, and operational standardsacross all stores.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience indark stores, quick commerce, grocery e-commerce, retail, fulfillment, or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, compliance standards, and safety protocols.
- Experience managingmultiple locations and high-volume operational teams.
- Strong understanding ofinventory and fulfillment operations.
