Invoice Matching Team Leader

We are looking for an experiencedInvoice Matching Team Leadto join ourwarehouse-based operations team, leading daily invoice matching, reconciliation, exception resolution, and team coordination activities within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily3-way matchingof supplier invoices against POs, GRNs, returns, and supporting documents.
• Verify quantities, prices, item references, receiving status, and documentation before closing transactions.
• Investigate and resolveinvoice, quantity, receiving, return, duplicate, and documentation discrepancies.
• Coordinate withReceiving, Stock Control, Finance, Procurement/Commercial, and suppliersto resolve outstanding issues.
• Prioritize high-value, aged, and business-critical unmatched transactions and ensure timely closure.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor teamproductivity, accuracy, workload, and completion.
• Review complex cases and coach team members on investigation and reconciliation procedures.
• Maintain accurate records, supporting documentation, andaudit-ready reconciliations.
• Monitor key KPIs includingmatching completion, exception rate, ageing, accuracy, and closure time.
• Identify recurring issues and supportprocess improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Escalate material, unusual, or unsupported discrepancies to the relevant supervisor.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experiencein invoice matching, reconciliation, Accounts Payable, inventory, warehouse administration, or supply chain operations.
• Previousteam lead or supervisory experienceis preferred.
• Strong knowledge of3-way matching, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, returns, and invoice documentation.
• Good understanding ofwarehouse and inventory transaction flowsand discrepancy investigation.
• Experience usingERP/WMS systemsand advanced Excel for reconciliation and reporting.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and documentation control.
