About the role

Noon runs hybrid classrooms across Saudi Arabia: a remote star teacher leads the session, students sit together in a physical classroom, and an in-room facilitator keeps the room working. It's a genuinely different way to teach, and it only works if someone with real classroom authority is shaping what gets taught and how it lands.

That's this role. We're looking for aHead Teacher for the National track Math & Phys- someone with a decade or more of actual teaching behind them, who has coached other teachers, and who wants their judgement to reach thousands of students a day instead of thirty.

This is an academic role, not a management one. You won't run a department's admin or manage headcount. You'll decide what the curriculum should emphasize, hold the quality bar on how it's built, coach the teachers delivering it, and stay in the classroom yourself often enough to know whether any of it is actually working.
