About the role
As a mentorship Manageryou will own entire function - including the advisor network and supervisors, the student assignment and follow-up process through to genuine learning activity, the performance standards against which advisors are measured, and the monthly advisor compensation cycle that funds the operation.
This is adata-driven operational role: guidance metrics are the primary management tool, and the role holder is responsible for defining and establishing those metrics.
Responsibilities
Advisor Network & Team Leadership
Build, lead, and develop a distributed network of full-time and part-time Student Advisors and their supervisors - from recruitment and onboarding to training and succession planning.
Establish appropriate supervisory spans that enable supervisors to effectively manage their teams, and align the size of the advisor network with student volumes across each program.
Guidance Quality & Advisor Performance
Translate effective student guidance into measurable standards, including assigned student portfolio coverage, speed of initial contact, follow-up continuity, and the learning activity achieved by each student.
