The Junior Personal Shopper will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of newly eligible clients by delivering a high-touch, sales-driven personal shopping service. The role is accountable for building strong client relationships, providing personalised styling and product advice, and delivering consistent commercial results while ensuring an exceptional omni-channel customer experience that drives satisfaction, loyalty, and spend.

What you'll be doing -

• Building and growing a portfolio of engaged clients through approved customer acquisition channels
• Establishing and maintaining regular, personalised engagement with assigned clients to strengthen brand loyalty and long-term relationships
• Developing a strong understanding of individual client profiles, preferences, shopping behaviour, and lifestyle needs to tailor recommendations and interactions
• Actively nurturing relationships to increase engagement and spend across omni-channel platforms
• Delivering against individual sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement and structured selling techniques
• Identifying and prioritising sales leads and opportunities in a timely manner
• Implementing creative selling approaches and pre-sales initiatives to maximise conversion and revenue
• Minimising missed sales opportunities by leveraging internal product sourcing channels and stock availability
• Managing waiting lists and client communications to optimise pre-sale and high-value order opportunities
• Providing personalised styling advice, product recommendations, and brand updates to support informed client purchasing decisions
• Maintaining strong product, brand, and trend knowledge, with the ability to translate this into relevant and engaging client conversations
• Demonstrating strong familiarity with omni-channel platforms, stock availability, and systems to respond effectively to client enquiries
