Lead Digital Designer

We're looking for aLead Digital Designerto join our Creative team and take the creative lead for our commercial fashion vertical.

Working closely with Editorial, Merchandising, Content and Product, you'll help shape and deliver a seamless customer experience across fashion. You'll lead creative ideation, governance and sign-off across fashion roll-outs, while identifying opportunities to elevate the category and ensuring every asset remains true to the Ounass brand.

What You'll Be Doing

• Contribute to the creative strategy and roadmap for the commercial fashion vertical, ensuring alignment with wider business, brand and customer experience objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve the creative and customer experience within fashion, recommending design-led solutions that support conversion and elevate brand perception.
• Act as the creative lead for the commercial fashion vertical, partnering closely with Editorial, Merchandising, Content and Product teams to deliver a seamless and elevated customer experience.
• Support the ideation of fashion campaigns, editorial features and commercial touchpoints, ensuring designs are compelling, differentiated and aligned with the Ounass brand and seasonal creative direction.
• Own creative sign-off and quality governance across fashion roll-outs, ensuring all assets meet brand guidelines, technical specifications and business deadlines.
• Support and oversee the allocation and roll-out of key brand exposures across Ounass channels, creating luxury brand assets and acting as a key creative contact for luxury brand stakeholders.
• Support the Creative Operations Manager with the day-to-day management of the design team, including project allocation and workload prioritisation across the fashion vertical.
