Role Summary

The AI Strategist leads Property Finder's AI engagements end to end with a set of our most strategic agencies and developers. You are the person the client's CEO or COO calls. You find the business problem worth solving, define the AI solution that will move their numbers, lead the two Forward Deployed Engineers who build it, and stay accountable until it is live, adopted and its impact is measured.

This is a business-minded, client-facing role at the level of an Engagement Manager at a top consulting firm. It is the same role as a Deployment Strategist at Palantir, ElevenLabs or OpenAI. You don't need to write production code. You do need to be able to read a data model, prototype a simple AI workflow, challenge an engineer's estimate and explain the trade-offs to a non-technical client.
