Position Summary

As the Commercial Strategy & Operations Manager at Property Finder, you will own and drive Commercial Strategy & Operations for the Group, setting the direction that enhances the efficiency, effectiveness, and predictability of our commercial engine. You will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of sales processes, reporting, and analytics that enable our sales organization to scale. This role requires a deep understanding of sales and revenue operations, strong Salesforce expertise, the ability to influence senior commercial and cross-functional stakeholders, and the judgment to translate complex analysis into clear business decisions.

This person will have at least 5 years of experience in sales/commercial operations, including experience leading or mentoring others. The role owns the critical processes related to sales such as account journey, reporting and CRM management, and partners closely with sales leadership to shape commercial plans across different markets.
