Role Summary

The Credit Control Manager will lead and manage the regional Credit Control operations across UAE, Egypt, Qatar, and Bahrain while supporting the company's commercial and financial objectives.

The role is responsible for driving collection performance, minimizing financial risk exposure, improving recovery processes, enhancing client retention, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.

This position requires a strategic and commercially focused professional capable of managing complex financial cases, improving operational performance, supporting business growth, and ensuring alignment between Credit Control, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.

The role acts as a key point of contact between Clients, Commercial Teams, Finance Teams, and Senior Management to ensure commercially balanced and financially compliant decisions across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the regional Credit Control operations across UAE, Egypt, Qatar, and Bahrain.
• Review and manage complex financial and commercial cases including: Legal settlements, Write-offs, Payment restructures…
