The role
Qlub is scaling fast across markets worldwide, and we look for people who take real ownership of their work. As our next Growth Marketing Director, you'll help drive our growth in B2B paid acquisition: building, shipping, and delivering results from day one. You'll own the full stack - creative strategy, media buying, funnel optimization, tracking, and reporting - working closely with Sales under clear SLAs to turn cold traffic into qualified pipeline. What You'll Own
- Plan, execute, and scale paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn, managing $100K+ in monthly ad spend with clear ROI accountability
- Lead creative strategy end-to-end: generate and validate high-converting ad concepts, build a performance ad portfolio (live action, UGC-style, AI-assisted), and optimize for hook rate, hold rate, and scroll-stopping moments
- Own the funnel from landing page to lead handoff, defining lead qualification criteria and speed-to-lead SLAs with Sales leadership to drive revenue-generating pipeline, not just lead volume
