Job Summary
The Senior ERP Finance Consultant leads the design, implementation, and ongoing support of Finance modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This role sits at the intersection of deep accounting expertise and ERP delivery - requiring the ability to translate complex financial business
requirements
into scalable, best-practice D365 solutions. The successful candidate will own Finance workstreams end-to-end, from
requirements
workshops through go-live and post-implementation support, working closely with technical consultants, solution architects, and client stakeholders across financial services and fintech environments.
Job Objectives
·Lead end-to-end Finance workstream delivery on D365 F&O implementations, ensuring solutions are designed to Microsoft best practices and meet client business requirements.
- Translate complex financial and accounting processes into scalable D365 F&O configurations that improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance for the client.
- Drive high-quality project outcomes by owning data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities within the Finance modules.
- Act as the primary Finance functional authority on projects - bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team.
- Build internal capability by mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the practice's methodology and knowledge base.

·Lead Finance workstreams across full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations, from initial scoping through go-live and hypercare.
- Conduct Fit-Gap workshops with client stakeholders to identify business requirements, document gaps, and propose best-practice D365 solutions.
- Prepare and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, test scripts, and all required project documentation.
