Role Overview
As a Product Engineer, you will work closely with the Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to understand client requirements, design and build tailored solutions, and bring them to life using Sarj AI's products and capabilities. You will own the solution journey end to end - from understanding the client's needs and proposing the right approach, to building, integrating, demonstrating, iterating, and handing over the solution to the team after signing.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to understand client
requirements
and desired outcomes.
- Propose how Sarj AI can address client needs and translate
requirements
into practical, creative solutions.
- Design, build, and integrate tailored solutions using Sarj AI products and technologies.
- Prepare and deliver client demos, answering product, technical, and scope-related questions.
- Gather feedback and iterate on solutions based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering when deeper technical input or product capabilities are needed.
- Hand over signed projects with the relevant solution details and requirements.
- Build websites and lightweight tools using modern AI-assisted and vibe-coding approaches.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Product, Engineering, Business Analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a technology or startup environment.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, with fluency in the Saudi dialect.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to building solutions.
- Ability to take ownership of projects end to end.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and presenting solutions.
- Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies.
