About the role

We're looking for an experienced and visionaryLead AIto lead Stillfront's Art Hub existing AI efforts and push them to the next level. You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that further embed AI into creative intelligence and analysis, brief generation, and art production. You will own the tech foundation for AI production at the art hub. This hands-on leadership role will require both technical depth and strategic thinking, as you guide the evaluation, adoption, and successful deployment of AI solutions across a diverse range of creative types and games.

Our Art Hub is already deploying AI widely in its processes. Midjourney, Nano Banana, ComfyUI, Krita AI, DALL·E, Leonardo, Scenario, Higgsfield, Flux 2, Seedream, Veo, Hedra, ElevenLabs, Google AI Studio, Krotos, FL studio, ChatGPT, Claude, Kling, AfterEffects AI, Unity, Unreal Engine are tools used on almost every workflow.

YOUR MISSION

• Define and drive the Art Hub's AI strategy, with generative AI as the core enabler and force multiplier across all crafts and disciplines
• Develop a deep understanding of the different workflows and disciplines across the Art Hub, and identify what's needed and possible for each
• Own and improve the tech infrastructure needed for world-class AI production at the Art Hub together with IT
• Automate processes for creative intelligence, brief generation, art production and creative analysis together with creative strategists, artists and developers
