• Answer questions, solve problems, and make sure customers have a good experience
• Follow clear guidelines and use tools to help customers quickly and correctly

• Youspeak and write clearly in both Arabic and English(B2 level or above in English)
• You're comfortable with24/7 rotational shiftsand can work from the office
