Staff Product Manager, Tabby Card
About the role
Tabby is on a mission to give people power over their money. For too long, financial systems have worked for the institutions that built them, not the people using them. Runaway interest, fine print and limited access have left many behind, feeling shut out of a system that wasn't setting them up for success.
We're building a different kind of system, in a complete money app to send, spend and save. One that's clear, flexible and puts people and businesses in control. Founded in 2019, we serve customers and businesses across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Millions of customers and 65,000 global brands, government services and small businesses rely on us today.
What began as a better way to pay at checkout has grown into a financial system working the way it should have all along.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager located in the UAE (or ready for relocation) to own theCard Retention & Monetizationteam in Tabby Card - the fastest-growing product at Tabby, with GMV up +142% year over year and profitability driven by a product-led monetization program.
You will own the P&L levers of Tabby Card: pricing and fees, risk-based pricing, billing cycles, statements and the repayment experience. Every initiative ships through an A/B test and is measured in margin basis points and dollars per month.
You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, risk, finance, legal and compliance to deliver a seamless and scalable credit experience for millions of customers.
Responsibilities
- Own your team's roadmap end-to-end: identify problems, build the business case, prioritize, ship and measure - with a dedicated engineering team, product designer and data analyst
- Design and run experiments with clear success metrics and guardrails; make rollout and kill decisions based on data
- Own the unit economics of your scope: model business cases, defend trade-offs with Finance and Risk, and track the P&L impact of everything you ship
- Work daily with Risk, Compliance, Legal and Billing - customer-facing terms, fee structures and regulatory requirements (CBUAE / SAMA) are part of the job, not an exception
- Own launch quality end-to-end: support readiness, AI-agent guidance, customer communications and gradual rollouts are part of every release
- Contribute to Tabby Card's expansion into KSA - adapting your domain to the largest market we are entering
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally to have 2+ years on fintech, banking or credit products (billing, payments, lending or cards)
- A track record of shipped monetization, pricing or billing features with results you can quantify, and the guardrails you watched while shipping them
- Real experiment discipline: you pre-register metrics and segment cuts, and you have killed features based on data
- Delivery your stakeholders can rely on: your dates hold, and when they can't, stakeholders hear it from you first
- Fluency in unit economics and analytics; experience working with compliance or legal on customer-facing products
- Fluent English
Bonus points
- Credit card / revolving credit domain knowledge (statements, grace periods, minimum payments, interchange)
- GCC market experience; Arabic language skills
- 0→1 launches on new financial infrastructure
