About the Job

We are seeking a highly drivenHead of Financial Infrastructure Expansionto develop strategic solutions forbanks, financial institutions, fintechs, payment companies, telcos, and large enterprises, institutions, governments globally.

The role will act as a keybridge between major external partners and Tether's different business and product teams, leveraging capabilities acrossstablecoins, wallets, tokenization, payments, and other Tether's solutionsto design tailored financial infrastructure solutions.

This is a hands-on role combiningdeep financial knowledge, strong commercial capabilities, and the ability to connect multiple technologies and teams into compelling solutions. You will identify opportunities, structure complex projects, coordinate internal stakeholders, close strategic partnerships, and build the team required to scale the function globally.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Solution Structuring

• Identify strategic opportunities withbanks, fintechs, payment companies, telcos, financial institutions, retailers and large enterprises globally.
• Understand customers needs and design tailored solutions leveraging the broaderTether ecosystem.
• Combine capabilities acrossstablecoins, wallets, tokenization, payments, and other productsinto compelling commercial propositions.
• Personally originate, structure, negotiate, and close high-value strategic partnerships and deployments.
• Nurture current and build new relationships with CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, banking executives, treasury leaders, payment teams, and other senior stakeholders.

Cross-Team Coordination & Execution

• Act as thebridge between customers, external implementation partners and Tether's internal product and business teams.
• Bring together the right capabilities and stakeholders to design and execute complex, multi-product projects.

7+ years of experience acrossbanking, payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, or technology business development.

• Strong understanding ofpayments, digital assets, wallets, tokenization, settlement, and financial infrastructure.
• Proven ability to understand complex customer needs and translate them intomulti-product solutions.
• Tangible experience personally originating, structuring, and closing large strategic partnerships.
• Strong relationships with senior decision-makers across banks, financial institutions, fintechs, telcos, and large enterprises.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong ability to work across different product, technical, commercial, legal, and regulatory teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and experience building and managing high-performing teams.
