About the team

The team plays a key role in delivering the final product to the production environment and commissioning new services. It works with containerization, automation, orchestration, virtualization, and monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team: set tasks, prioritize, track progress, and support professional growth
• Develop and enhance the monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, etc.) to ensure infrastructure and application reliability and transparency
• Collaborate with DevOps/SRE teams to improve CI/CD processes and observability automation
• Design and implement monitoring infrastructure, including using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm)
• Ensure incident readiness, implement SLI/SLO, and build an effective alerting system
• Mentor and support team members, conduct code reviews, and provide technical feedback
• Conduct technical interviews and participate in hiring new team members
• Monitor team progress, identify bottlenecks, and contribute to process improvement
• Collaborate with other engineering teams and promote observability culture across the organization
• Act as the main point of contact for all monitoring-related matters

What makes you the perfect fit

• At least 5 years of experience in IT, including 1-2 years in a team lead or technical leadership role.
