About the team
We are looking for an experiencedEngineering Managerto help develop and manage one of our key core teams.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders (often engineers from other teams), design resilient distributed architectures, translate business
requirements
into clear technical tasks, conduct code reviews, and continuously improve the product. You will also contribute to coding, although hands-on development is not the primary focus of the role.

Responsibilities
- Analyze incoming requests for new features, validate them, and translate them into clear technical
requirements
aligned with product and business goals
- Collaborate with other development teams to ensure proper integration of solutions and reliable delivery of functionality
- Work with the project manager to define the technical approach to implementing tasks and align on timelines
- Participate in hiring: conduct technical interviews and help onboard new developers
- Oversee the design and development of backend and frontend components, ensuring architectural consistency of solutions
