About the team
The HR team works with leaders and teams to support employees and help them grow. We assist with performance, training, and engagement issues, and support the implementation of HR initiatives and changes.
Our goal is to make processes transparent and understandable so that employees feel comfortable and at ease at work, and the team feels supported and understood.
Responsibilities
- Partnership with business - supporting managers in HR matters.
- Organizational planning - participating in structuring, recruiting, and managing team size.
- Performance management - supporting performance review processes, working with high/low performers.
- Talent development and retention - participation in calibrations, development of key employees, succession planning.
- Onboarding and adaptation - support for new employees, 10/45/90-day meetings.
- Conflict resolution - assistance in difficult situations within teams, mediation role.
- Exit interviews and analysis of reasons for leaving - identifying patterns and turnover risks.
- HR analytics - analysis of metrics on engagement, turnover, satisfaction, etc.
- Communication of changes - support during restructuring, transformations, and process changes.
What makes you the perfect fit
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably including at least 1 year as an HRBP or in related areas (HR generalist, HR manager).
