Sr. Business Analyst

We are looking for aSeniorBusiness Analystto join our Product team in smartPulse Turkey. In this role, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions by working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, improve business processes, and support the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will play a key role in transforming business challenges into actionable product requirements, supporting product development through data-driven analysis, and contributing to the continuous evolution of our software solutions within the energy technology sector.

• Analyze business requirements, operational processes, system behavior, and data flows to identify product and process improvement opportunities.
• Gather and evaluate customer needs and translate them into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical analysis documents.
• Work closely with Product, Development, QA, and other stakeholders throughout analysis, development, testing, and release processes.
• Analyze data using SQL and available monitoring tools to investigate issues, validate system behavior, and support business decisions.
• Analyze APIs, integrations, and system-to-system data flows using tools such as Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
• Investigate production issues by reviewing application behavior, logs, database records, API responses, and integration flows.
