Amazon Now is at the heart of a fast-moving Amazon's quick commerce team. You will be part of working groups tackling complex challenges, driving initiatives that directly impact availability and customer experience. The role involves working closely with data - building solutions, identifying patterns and translating insights into action. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across product, program management, instock and fulfillment teams to streamline processes and improve operational outcomes.
In this role, you will lead initiatives end-to-end - from diagnosing gaps to designing and implementing fixes. You will work with internal tools and data to build scalable solutions, support process improvement projects and actively participate in cross-functional forums. The expectation is that you bring both analytical rigour and a bias for action - comfortable in ambiguity and able to move fast without losing accuracy.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with SQL and Excel
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- 3+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience
- Experience with ETL
