Datacenter Security Team provides physical security solutions to protect AWS personnel, AWS facilities and information of our customers.

For the Cluster Security Manager (CSM) role the AWS Datacenter Operations Physical Security team is looking for a forward thinking, results-oriented, innovative and inspirational leader with proven results building high performing teams. The candidate will have the ability to develop strategy, execute and lead data center (DC) security operations across multiple sites.

As a Cluster Security Manager, you will be expected to implement and verify compliance with security procedures, standards and policies; while optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of physical security at our facilities. You will champion new initiatives for the physical security team and oversee implementation in coordination with multiple business partner teams. The candidate will have experience leading cross-functional teams, writing security strategies, driving processes to achieve industry-leading security and driving down costs through process improvement and technology enhancement.

You will be expected to operate with autonomy, complete discretion, and your work will require significant creativity and judgment. The ideal candidate will be confident, decisive, influential and an innovative leader who can communicate a compelling and comprehensive set of outcomes to be achieved. • 10+ years of physical security experience
• 5+ years of security management experience
• 5+ years of leadership role experience
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Arabic
• The position is open to Saudi Nationals only
